Following damages from a wildfire, extensive renovations needed to be done to this summer house on the east coast of Athens. We did drastic changes both internally and externally to the building to modernise the aesthetics and improve the services.

The use of warm materials such as natural wood along with new flooring throughout, make this summerhouse much more hospitable and cosy. The available views to the sea are amplified by the new living room and bedroom layouts. The choice of colours enhances the daylight and make the space much livelier.

Emphasis has been given to the upgrade of the bathroom as well as the addition of a new bathroom at the top floor.
