Multistory Residential in Athens

We collaborated with MSKat Civil Works for an early stage concept design of a high-end multi-story residential building in the up-and-coming seafront of southern Athens. Our goal was to create unique spaces, focusing on comfort, privacy and use of environmental conditions following a brief for maximising value and rentable area.

The shape and layout of the building improved daylight conditions for most occupied spaces while creating pockets of comfort with the use of shading, biophilia and materiality.
