Tavkisi Villa Prefab

X-Architecture invited us to provide environmental feedback for a prefabricated villa in the Tsavkisi area of Georgia.

We provided them with detailed assessments for solar, daylight, thermal comfort and computational fluid dynamics. The aim was to ensure that comfort was maximised throughout the development and safety of the users was confirmed. In addition, a detailed, comprehensive CFD study was performed to ensure that the mechanical ventilation system performed as intended, avoiding any unwanted air mixing between the different floors.

Great collaboration was guaranteed with the design team and extensive studies were accompanied by visually comprehensive reports.
